Contemporary and modern dance focus not only on the pleasure of improvisation but also on a precise dance-technical foundation. Many different techniques and choreographers, from Graham and Limón to Pina Bausch, inspire these classes. Expressive movement to actual or imagined music, choreographies, and combinations of timeless beauty also have their place here.

The classes last 75 minutes and, like many others, are excellent for combining with numerous other training sessions and dance styles.
