1. Data protection

 

1.1. Generally

We process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions in accordance with the GDPR, DSG and TKG. The operator of the website named in the legal notice is responsible within the meaning of Art. 4 Z 7 GDPR. Since the protection of your personal data is particularly important to us, we will inform you below about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

The data is processed and stored for the purpose of operating an informal and representative website.

 

1.1.2. Duration of storage

Once the purpose no longer applies or at the request of the person concerned, the data will be made inactive and blocked or permanently deleted, unless this is contradicted by statutory retention periods.

The data is published in the course of our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our aim is to provide the most comprehensive possible representation of our company and thus to offer users the best possible service.

We process personal data in the form of the presentation of a website, images and, if necessary, moving images, logos and free texts, as well as those of the respective visitor when using the contact form.

The data is made available to the respective user of the website. These are consumers and entrepreneurs. Data provided regarding the use of the contact form will be transmitted to the person responsible for processing the request.

1.4. videos

On our website we offer you the option to watch YouTube videos directly via an iframe embed. By clicking on a video, you give your consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Through this process, the service provider Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland can collect personal data from you for the duration of the playing of the respective video. We do not process or store the aforementioned data. Your consent remains valid until you leave the respective website and will not be saved.

1.5. Google Fonts

External fonts, so-called “Google Fonts”, are implemented on this page. These web fonts are integrated through a server call, which in this case is the technical service provider's own server, which has stored the web fonts there.

As soon as you contact us via the contact form on our website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for three months in order to process the request and in the event of follow-up questions and temporarily by our technical service provider. This data will not be disclosed to third parties. The legal basis for the processing of the data, if the user has given his consent, is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit lit. f GDPR. If the email contact is aimed at concluding a contract, Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR applies.

 

1.7. Applications

If you apply for a position on our website using the contact form or via email, the personal data you provide will be temporarily stored for the duration of the application process to verify your application and in the course of the subsequent selection process and then deleted. The processing of the data is mandatory and therefore necessary for participation in the application process. If you have given your consent to keep your data on file, the data will be used for a further six months for the aforementioned purposes. Your data will then be permanently deleted. In this case, the legal basis for processing is Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can give your consent to the use of the data at any time by emailoffice@bodyartandexpression.com withdraw. The data will then be deleted at your express request.

 

1.8. Google Maps™ mapping service

The Google Maps™ mapping service is used in accordance with the Google Maps Terms of Use and the Google Services Terms and Conditions on this website. We would like to point out that inaccuracies and errors in the maps cannot be avoided and do not represent a defect, as they are an approximation of reality.

 

1.9. Wix Analytics

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Wix Analytics. The provider of the web analysis service is Wix.com. Ltd., Nemal St. 40, 6350671 Tel Aviv, Israel. Wix uses cookies. Information generated by cookies about your use of our website is transmitted to a Wix server and stored there. The server location is usually the USA.
