Modern Dance

Based on the Horton Technique, dancers learn the technique of the world-famous Alvin Ailey Dance Theatre, which is characterized by beautiful choreographies, expressive combinations, and a particularly demanding dance technique.

In addition to choreography and expressive dance, the focus is on training a high-performance dancer's body, for which a strong back, stretched and strong hamstrings, in harmony with good core stability, provide the foundation.

The classes last 75 minutes and, like many others, are ideal for combining with numerous other training sessions and dance styles.
